I was looking threw the papers of our new recruits that showed up. Well the one's that decided to stay anyways. My eyes were glazing around the papers; looking for a certain profile. My eyes widens and i let out a small sigh; picking up the paper and examined it. Cadet ____ ____, my eyes were examining the picture that was shown on the profile. I bite my lower lip; why couldn't i get this girl out of my head? I lean my head back and looked up at the ceiling for a few minutes then slowly closing my eyes; remembering the first time i laid my eyes on her.

I was marching up to the stage; sighing deeply. Thinking why must i give the speech; i took my time until i stood there and faced everyone. I gave out the usual speech; watching as the cadets saluted me and tears running down their faces. I was scanning the crowd; my eyes widen then i noticed a girl that stood out. She was a beautiful young lady with (h/l) (h/c) and beautiful (s/c) that seemed the radiant in the soft glow that the dim lights were giving off. Her (e/c) seemed the sparkle with hope that hasn't died off yet; she was holding back the tears. I bit my lower lip; my chest began to feel tight, what was this feeling? Why..i just looked at this girl and right now i want to march down there and hold her in my arms and say everything will be alright.

A boy with light blond hair and bright blue eyes placed a hand on her. I growled in disgust as she smiled up at her; i wanted to be the one that she smiled to, not that brat. I groaned; and bared my teeth at the ceiling, i can't think of her being with another man let alone that blond hair brat. I sat up and stood up; never talking my eyes off ____'s picture...

You were smiling at the dinning hall with your friends eren and armin. You were really good friends with the young boys; mikasa kinda freaked you out a bit but you thought of her somewhat of a friend. You turned your head away from armin for a minute to talk to eren and when you looked at the your plate and your bread was missing. You frowned and looked at armin who was whistling innocently and you smirked; you and eren came up with a song when armin did this.

You smirked and looked at armin "Don't make me" you said with the smrik growing into a grin and armins eye widens "please don't ___" he said embarrassingly and quickly put the bread back onto your plate. You put your finger up and waved it "tsk tsk, eren, shall you join me?" . Eren looked at you for a minute then smiled big looking at armin; armin blushed deeply and hid his face into his shirt.

You and eren inhaled "YOU PUT YOUR ARMIN YOU PUT YOUR ARM OUT YOU PUT YOUR ARMIN AND SHAKE IT ALL ABOUT" you and eren were laughing to hard to continue. Armin was in his shirt blushing deeply, you and eren loved armin but of course you guys were so close you didn't mean it. Everyone was staring at you and mikasa just sighed shaking her head as she bit into her bread. You and eren kept joking until armin popped his head out and all three of you were laughing.

Dinner was done and you were walking down to the dorms until you saw armin in the corner of your eye and you smiled. "Hey, something wrong?" you asked and he blushed shaking his head. You blinked a few times and he blushed deeply "i-i just want to walk you to your dorm is that is a-alright", your blushed rushed into your face and gave your (s/c) a small hint of red and you smiled, nodding. You had a small crush on armin ever since you were little.

Half way there armin took your hand and you both stood there blushing deeply until you saw a familiar person walk by and gasped. "What are you two doing here?" he said in a cold voice and looked down to see you and armin's hands are holding, he let out a small tsk. You were about to say something until rivalle cut you off "You will be punished; relationships are looked down upon here. ___, in my office after breakfast tomorrow!" he said and stormed off. Armin let go of your hand and felt guilty; first day here and you already got in trouble. You smiled and ruffled his hair "it's ok armin, i don't think he's worse then a titan is he?" armin smiled a little and nodded.

You were sitting there in rivaille's office,looking around the room and examining it. While rivaille himself was looking at your documents; what he did find interesting is that you killed around 6 titans before you joined the Survey corps. He placed your documents down and sighed "alright.." your body stiffens when he spoke in that cold deep voice of his. "Your punishment is cleaning my office for the next week.." you looked around office and it was spotless; you gave him a dumbfounded look and were about to speak until he bested you to it first. "I will not give that bra--i mean boy punishment if you clean for 2 weeks.." he said and you bit your lower lip. 2 weeks didn't sound bad right?

A week has gone by, your in rivaille's office; washing his window. He was sitting there reading his paperwork, you felt like you were being watched. Unknown in the corner rivaille's eyes; he was watching you closely. You finished the windows and now mopping the floors until rivaille stood up and walked over to you.

"Stop, your doing it wrong.." he said as he got behind you. You shivered feeling his breath against your bare neck. He was close behind you; too close to the point you felt uncomfortable. He brushed his hand against yours and held the mop with your hands and began to move;your were forced to move with him. He was moving the mop in different directions; you weren't paying attention, you were too busy blushing up a storm feeling his chest rest against your back. "Do you understand know?" he said in a hushed voice against your ear; shivering more feeling his warm breath against your ear loaf. You nodded and he backed up returning to his desk, continuing his work. Unknown to you that he had a sick smile on his face.

A few days went by you were in the dinning hall with your group; you were swirling the potatoes around in your soup. Thinking about that incident that occurred with captain rivaille. Armin looked at you with a worried expression and snapped you out of your daze when he spoke "__-___..a-are you ok?" he said and he waved a hand in front of your face. You sighed and placed his hand down "yea..just tired; never knew cleaning would take so much out of me". You groaned and sipped your water and armin looked guilty " You know you shouldn't have taken the fall like that for me" you sighed and placed the cup next to your bowl of soup. "Armin, your my best friend of course i would do anything for you!" you said with a grin and armin smiled;blushing a little. "Hell i killed like what?4 titans for you?" you said reaching for him and ruffled his hair. He frowned and muttered "because im useless.." you looked at him angrily and flicked his nose.

"You dummy!if it wasn't for you i would would have either fallen to my death or be eaten by now; you help me out with my equipment and tell me when to attack." you said and he blushed deeply. "So never call yourself useless; your one of the strongest links in our group" you said with soften eyes. Armin's heart began to pound in his chest and nodded; you and him got back to laughing and joking around with eren. Unknown to you that the man that loves you heard everything.
